sky user down again
hi all tried to log in about 3 hours ago [skyuser couldnt be found [no time out ,just a blank page [had tried on and off for the last 3 hours and now its ok was there something wrong [all my other sites open no prob[skyuser did this last week as well [down for 3-4 hours ]

There was a problem earlier today because of that tornado thing - we rang to check.
I also did some maintenance on the database about an hour ago or so.
Apart from that I have been on here pretty much all day - no problems~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

tornado thing ? [skyuser was the only one not loading all other sites were fine [including email etc ]it was almost like a time out [without the timeout error if that makes sense [[tried from 4.50-1930] cant work out why its just one site

The tornado in London this morning took out a fair few servers where we have ours colocated.
Betweem 4.30pm to 7.00pm definitely been ok for me apart from the 10 mins or so when I updated the mysql / my.ini - and then only while I stopped and restarted it.
In fact if you look at todays posts, there were loads between the time period you reported.

must be a glitch on my system [checked my firewall etc ]all seems fine ,think i'll put it down to gremlins

It worked fine here until a while, Just a basic mysql error! All seems fine again!

I had a couple of short periods today when the site appeared down. Pinging came back with host unreachable.
