      Hi

A normal Sky box should work just fine with your HD TV although the picture won't be in HD - just normal SD from the Sky box.

You can order Sky+HD once you are ready for it.

      Hi Folks

Just signed up and thought I would say hi!

I'm moving from Virgin over to Sky at the moment. Sky+HD installed yesterday and all good so far, just waiting on Sky to install a line for me and then on to Sky BB Max.

      Anyway, Hi!

Hi I am a Comptia and Cisco trained IT Tech and with the backing of Cumbrias Cyber Crimes Unit have started a company whose main aim is to advise consumers of the danders of insecure WiFi. It is a little known fact that as the police are becoming more aggressive in their tracking of child pornography so the paedophiles are becoming smarter and resorting to hacking innocent peoples WiFi so they can peddle their filth annonomously. If the police trace a download to a particular IP address they have the power to seize that persons equipment and forensically examine it and while that person may be entirely innocent they will be without their computers while this examination is being carried out which can cause great distress and inconvenience.

It is the responsibility of every WiFi user to ensure they are as secure as possible and it is the responsibility of every ISP and Router manufacturer to assist them in this

Hi i'm Alan from kent, i am just a plain old truck driver.
I am pretty good with computers in general so will most likely not ask for any help, thought i would sign up as i found this site whilst looking for info on sky supplied routers, just moved over from tiscali, hope i done the right thing as i had a very good experience with tiscali, only moved due to my stubborness and their inability to answer a simple question on a forum of theirs.

      Re: Say Hello

      Hi,

I just found these forums yesterday and looks like a wealth of information. I was going to migrate to another provider more s unfortunatley, however this forum provides outgoing smtp server I am an exchange server specialist so need access to @mydomain.com which sky do not allow. So a big thanks to the forum admins for providing this valuable service.

I have 2 kids, married and live in kent (London side) I am also a semi professional musican (saxophone) just to keep my sanity from day to day life in London. I also have my own Company which specialises in IT managed services and also prospecting in East Africa to mobile Telecoms Companies.
