      Snow Storm over the UK

Ok, it's been and gone now. Apparently, there's another set of storms due tomorrow, but that appears to be lots of thunder and lightning.

I set up a camera to show some timelapse. I wasn't expecting lots of deep snow, but where I placed the camera I was able to get a good view of the snow falling and clearing up over a few days. I was able to record and render it in 4K, so if you have the facilities do watch it on a 4K UHD TV or monitor.

      Thanks Scubby. Fascinating.

On the Friday pics 3 black lines appear on the road just right of centre and appear briefly again later. Are they artifacts or a partial reflection of what may be a large bush or tree just across the road?

Do you have a rough time frame when they appeared? I didn't spot them myself, but the there is a lot of footage

The source for this is about 2 hours 15 mins long!

Re: Snow Storm over the UK

First seen at 3.00 mins into the published video. There until it gets dark at about 4:17 in, reappear next day at 5:54 in, very clear at 6:24 and then gone by 6:41, reappear at 6:58, very heavy at 7:12 (heavy rain?), reappear at daybreak on Sunday at 8:47 then disappear quickly, perhaps as the road dried?

Anyway, I hope that the camera survived.

The only lines I can see I've circled in the picture below:

      Snow Storm over the UK-vs180306-009-circled.jpg

These are a reflection on the wet road the bush that I've included in the circle.

Re: Snow Storm over the UK

Thanks. As I suspected. Perhaps the reflection was broken into lines in earlier pics by some ruts in the snow.

I was going to set up a camera in time lapse mode to show my paint drying, but I won't now as it couldn't compete with your film.
