I have fibre pro and was still informed that I would be paying an extra 2.50 a month because I cancelled the TV part.

It is partially correct but that is my point. It's too simplistic. The distinction between DSL and Fibre isn't addressed. It maybe that when the query was first designed it could have been correct as it does address a point that I had completely overlooked that being whether this letter had already been sent to the customer.

If Sky introduced fibre broadband after the criteria for sending this correspondence had been translated into a database query then it should have been readdressed to check whether the introduction of a new product required further work to revise existing procedures.

With marketing this shouldn't happen unless the marketing team regurgitate old queries for use in new marketing campaigns.

My price increase letter stated it's only going up by 1, but as i have a legacy package i'm expecting that to be wrong.

Guess i'll find out on the 1st.
