    Mars Rover Landing

      Mars Rover Landing

      As some of you may know the Mars Rover is due to land around 6:31am tomorrow morning. The landing is available to watch via the NASA website and also, the one I will be using, the Xbox 360! You will need to download the Xbox Live Event Player which is 64Mb.

      Hope the landing is successful.

      That'll be some telephoto lens to capture that image!

      The big question I guess will be whether or not it lands safely.

      you can watch nasa tv here NASA - NASA TV also theres this we site Eyes on the Solar System which is a live computer sim of the curiousity and were it is live [looks pretty good ] i don't think there will be many video/pictures right away but if you have a telescope you may see the explosion as it hits at 8000 mph with no parachute

      I think the fact the crater talks to the rover on twitter is weird.. The guys comment about the pool wifi made me chuckle

      Strangely I can view the pics on my mobile, but not my Laptop.

      Anyway, the Arabic translates as: Today. Picked up by robot successfully landed hours before on the surface of the planet, the more he repents

      Not sure what this was saying really.
