      Sky Email address blocked by hp eprint service

      hi i tryed to print last night via HP's eprint service to a B110b Eprint enabled printer from my phone and desktop using my sky email address.

      But the bounced back with "mail delivery service failure". But wait it worked flawlessly 1mth ago and nothing has been altered either on the phone or desktop.

      phones uses email creator under messages tab
      desktop using incredimal email cliant.

      tryed google mail and it worked right away with no problems

      @gmail accounts i get "ePrint Job Received" no problems at all
      @sky.com 1 month ago i get "
      From: donotreply@hpeprint.com
      Date: 11/10/11 16:19:38
      To: +++++++@sky.com
      Subject: ePrint Job Received
      @sky.com today i get "From: Mail Delivery Subsystem
      Date: 10/11/11 16:27:09
      To: +++++++@sky.com
      Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)"




      i have tryed HP support forums lots of similar problems but no fixes they say try another email service. i have also contacted sky via online email. waiting for response.

      please pm me for my printer email address so tests can be run with sky.com emails sent to my printer again for TESTS ONLY!

      Solutions tryed already
      1 reset printer
      2 reset router
      3 got new printer email address
      4 wireless printing works flawlessly not affected
      5 changed inks (needed doing anyway)

      but wait dont both gmail and sky mail use the same base platform for emails

      Try changing the outgoing server in your Sky account to smtp.gmail.com This should work OK for your Sky account. Send a Test message to confirm.

      Have you recently started using Incredimail? Isee from this it is not one of the supported clients. Have you tried sending from the Sky Webmail page?

      I typed the address you sent into an email and although it sent, I got this back

      Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

      xxxxxxxxxxxx@hpeprint.com

      Technical details of permanent failure:
      Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.7.1 Command rejected (state 18).
