      Just phoned Sky and the CS rep didn't know how to opt me out. He had a word with his supervisor and I was told the supervisor will be emailing the relevant department to opt me out.

      If this actually happens who knows?

      Anyone know if there's a way of telling if if you've been moved over to the SVBN via a tracert or something?

      Just got a letter from Sky confirming I'm not being moved onto SVBN.
