      Sky netgear router 834gt

Hi i have a belkin N1 modem router which keeps crashing every morning. once this is done it lasts all day without a problem.
before you say anything i have set it up right as iam using it to type this. but every morning i have to turn it on again due to the belkin internet globe being off. i have read threads on here about piggybacking the router to another one . i would like to know extactly how to do it
      eg :

what to disable on the sky router
what to enable on the belkin router
how to connect it all together to make it work 100%

so i can use the belkins wireless function without breaking skys T&C's

homeplugs are still to expensive for me at this time

could sky be disconnecting me every night

      Many thanks Paul

Basically, turn off DHCP in the Belkin, change its IP address to 192.168.0.254, plug it into the GT using an ethernet port, not the WAN, and you should be connected.

You really need to keep to one thread. You have posted router stats elsewhere, if you go back to that thread and give more information about your physical setup we can look at it there. Oh and yes turn off the sky wireless to remove as much possible interference from your wireless connection as possible.
