Re: uk id passport etc
It is unclear what your asking.
How old are you?
Epilepsy, if under control should not prevent you from working. I might be difficult to get an employer take you on. But as long as you state you suffer from epilepsy and that it is under control on any application forms, then prospective employers know and can make adjustments if need be for you.
You should visit CAB or benefit advisor to advise you further.

Re: uk id passport etc
In theory, you don't need anything to get a job, the only change to that would be if it was security/police or working with children etc and then you would be told what was required of you either before or during the interview.
You would need your NI number to organise with payroll etc but other than specific certificates for required qualifications etc you will be fine.
