I already have Sky Talk but wouldn't have left even if I didn't, for the service I get and the Unlimited usage you cannot do much better.

If for any reason I did go, it would only be to O2.

Sky BB works fine for me and I can't see any advantage in moving supplier. I'd probably have to pay more than the 5/month it costs me and I'm already getting the maximum speed my line will support. I've never had any problems with Sky BB so I can't see how another supplier could improve my experience.

At present I will not change from Sky BB but I will not be moving to Sky Talk either. I have had good service from Sky (so far). So I am happy for now

Re: will you leave due to price increase

Even though I think that Sky Max is a superb product, the price increase was what did it for me. I now have an alternative product that has so far been just as reliable, although a little faster on the download and upload side of things, practically free for a whole year.

If my present ISP was to increase their prices I could always review my options then, so far, I do not regret leaving Sky Max.

Re: will you leave due to price increase

I am happy with my Sky Max connection as I get the fastest speed I can expect on my line and I don't really want Sky Talk so I'll pay the increase. I would leave if there was a better option at my exchange but as O2 haven't got LLU in it then I'm stuck with non LLU BT stuff or stay with Sky LLU, so for now it's a simple choice

i get 13.5m to 14m with unlimited usage we have 5 machines connected so need the unlimited, i just signed up to sky talk but the free one giving free evening and weekend calls was with Bt but only free weekend calls so i am now saving on calls and 5 per month for BB they are now giving free BB for 6 months with me joining skytalk, have kept line rental with BT to allow easy transfer if needed at a later date and a better service from openreach if a fault occured

I don't have and will not have Sky Talk so had the increase this time last year and thought about leaving but as I was generally happy with the service I thought better of it.
