Excellent, but sadly for Labour this will require changes to legislation...
And as the new Parliamentary year starts on the 18 November and will run until 6-8 weeks before the elections (so March/April time) this means any delays at all will scrap this Bill completely..
Nice try Labour, but it ain't going to happen!

Even if this was implemented if people really wanted to pirate stuff there are multiple ways around this anyways.
Makes me laugh that Mandleson only got interested in this after a lunch with Geffen.I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

I don't agree with illegal downloads, but I also don't agree with this either.
Hopefully it won't get passed and Gordon can look back and say we nearly did it, before we got kicked out. I wonder if he seriously believes that he will still be there this time next year.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
