Re: how many sockets do you need

      PC
      Monitor
      Scanner
      Printer
      Speakers
      NAS
      Airport Express
      Airport Extreme
      Sky Router
      USB hub power
      External HDD

However, in line with your response of 5 minimum, I need 3 minimum (PC, monitor, router). So how man do YOU need to power your COMPLETE system??

      So 11 I think.

Re: how many sockets do you need

      2 x PC
      Monitor
      AIO Printer
      Speakers
      2 x NAS
3 x USB HDD attached to NAS
      2 x USB hub power

I need 2 minimum (1 x PC/Monitor, router) using a splitter for PC/Monitor which can be got from Maplins, PC PSUs used to have an out socket for the monitor.

So total for my system would be: 12 but using a couple of splitters brings it down to 10.

Re: how many sockets do you need

Okay, well very ambiguous question then. Based on your above then I am around the same as the other items within my COMPLETE system are located in other parts of the house.

Re: how many sockets do you need

This thread reminds me of the phrase " how long is a piece of string " as its entirely dependent on your peripherals, some will have many some not as many.
