How Can i Stop Cats Pooing

I have a problem with my next door Neighbours Cats Pooing in my garden.
Mrs psu decided to have a whole new lawn put down, now cats keep on doing their business on the borders, and it Stinks.
I DO NOT want to harm the cats in any way, as i used to have cats myself , all i want is something that actually works and stop the terrible smell.

Has anyone got any ideas how to stop them ?

I do not speak to my Neighbours so speaking to them is out of the question.

It is Really annoying as my Neighbours have not got a place in their garden, for their 3 cats to poo.
Obviously they have do it somewhere, but the woman next door does not like it in her Garden.
I nickname her Queenie, as if Royalty came to visit her, she would expect Them to bow down to her, and say she has a better garden then them .

There used to be a movement-operated water pistol gadget that you could buy - I don't know if you can still get them ?

There are sprays you can buy that will do it. Cats are territorial and will 'mark' their domains on a regular basis to warn off other cats.
A spray will send a 'Keep out' message to the cat so that it will 'mark' elsewhere. Once it's done that, it will not return!

I got same problem mate, ( 2 next door ) we got a couple of those things that emit a high pitched sound we cannot hear, thet seem to do the trick, lots of places sell em now.
I hate cat owners they are so selfish, if I had a dog and let it do that there would be hell on.

Can anyone recommend any particular spray ? Perhaps post a link ?

      Thanks
