      It's good that they are doing their bit but in my case it went to the router scrapyard in the sky 2 years ago

      There are quite a few had them. I doubt if they will get many returned, most who got extra ones have either dumped the old ones or sold them on eBay
      Returned mine 2 years ago and never even got an acknowledgement.
