Moving with Sky - help
I will be moving house in a few weeks and just wondered if any one could help me out with a couple of queries before I ring sky.
I currently have Sky HD, Sky BB Base, Sky talk and line rental.
1. Do sky charge you when ou moving to come out and install dish at new property?
2. I have checked the exchange that will serve the new property and it appears that I will only be able to get BB connect. Does this mean that sky are going to want to charge me now for my broadband as I currently get it free? If they are I might threaten to cancel movie subscription or something and see what they say.
Any pointers would help - thanks everyone

All the details you need for moving are here-

Does this mean that sky are going to want to charge me now for my broadband as I currently get it free? If they are I might threaten to cancel movie subscription or something and see what they say.

Re: Moving with Sky - help
I knew they would! Grr oh well I'll just have to cancel my movies and use that money to pay for the broadband until they get their acts in gear and enable LLU in the exchange.
Thanks for your help Isitme

Hi if LLU is going to be in your exchange in the near future they will charge you £5 but please ask the agent if there are any problems with the connect package push for the £5 deal. Below is a read that you could use to get the deal from the Sky agent good luck
