Has anybody read this dated 15/01/09

186k users cut off in commercial dispute

Some users of the wholesale broadband service provider 186k who operate brands such as EzeeDSL and EFH Broadband have been cut off today following a dispute between network operator Tiscali and 186k. We have been contacted by users who were seeing messages asking them to contact Tiscali, so rumours about 186k having ceased trading started to flow. The company has assured us that this is not the case and that this is nothing more than a commercial dispute between the two parties.

The Stock Exchange will be the first to hear any official news, anything else is rumour and speculation.

Red is correct the market will be the first to know, after working for several years in a very big company all the news about jobs take overs came from the market as anything else would have been illegal under the insider trading rules.

Who knows what the person has or hasn't heard or thought they heard as if they have had this sort of information they could go and make a killing on illegal trading.
