Why I send texts to myself.

Went to see Hamlet with David Tennant.
The lead was played by an understudy.
So I sent a text to the auditorium, the ring tone was:
      Ex-termi-nate! Ex-termi-nate!

When I have to go to a really boring meeting
I send a timing delayed text.
I say to the meeting: “sorry, family emergency, must go.”

I impress women I chat up in a bar.
My phone rings. I look at the text and say:
“I'm a surgeon, and needed at the hospital.”

      Other advantages:
Virgin to Virgin only costs 3p.

I don't get texts from my bank at 5am on a Sunday morning
      warning me I'm in credit.
