      Connect for 5.

Fast download speeds and a massive usage allowance can now be yours with Sky Broadband Connect. Normally it would cost you 17 per month. But Connect is available in your area right now for just 5 per month – a one-off 30 standard set-up cost applies when you take up any combination of Sky products.
      Its finally happened!

      Now what?

I was going to sign up for the 26 package but as its connect what do i sigh up for?

Do you sign up for the TV package and pay the 30 install fee or sign up for the TV & BB packages at the same time and pay one install fee of 30?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction i really don't want to phone the call centre.

Going by that link it is probably best if you do the TV and Connect and the same time otherwise you might end up paying to install fee's. You might be able to do this online without talking to anybody although I would make sure that the fee for Connect is actually 5 if you do do it online.

      Update.

I filled out the online form and hesitated over one section,i was then transfered to a customer adviser who asked me if i needed help.
I spent approx 10 mins chatting and he answered everything i threw at him.
The system worked perfectly, its a pity there is not away to contact CS using this method it would save a fortune on phone calls.
He told me i need to sigh up for the TV package and include my MAC, set a install date and once the TV has been installed i have to wait up to 8 days for the broadband to be switched over.

I didn't know there was such a system in place online, glad you got it sorted.
