Sky are getting their act together- I think.

Got a phone call from a market research company about a call I made to Sky Tech support earlier in the month.

I was asked many question including the waiting time for a call, could I understand the adviser and what do I think about call centres being outside the UK!

What is your opinion on this?

I'm not too fond of the idea, personally ... I hope most customers pass that on.

A few people I know have reported a similar call.

Sky are a great company, they just bury their heads and keep quiet.

People can accept bad news, more than no news and so if this is the result of listening to people and Sky actually act on their findings, I am impressed.

Lets just hope this is a true survey to really find out where they are going wrong and then resolve those areas.

It is good that they are looking into this area because perhaps something could be done about their off shore salespeople. Persoanlly I have great difficulty understanding the Indian accent when on the phone especially if they speak quickly as some of them do.
