Who would like a speed test like this...
Obviously not on sky, but I bet everyone wishes it was

Download Speed: 32260 kbps (4032.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

Its either a UNI connection or a LAN!
That would be enough for a few streets, As you wouldnt be able to get any more then ~3.5mB on a single download, Fine for downloading loadsa files at the same time.
Either LAN or Uni or very likely CACHED!
