      SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 4.5 / 3.5
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / BDCM

      Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
      Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
      Loss of Link (Remote): 0

if your on be [only one i know who do up to 24mb] then with a neighbour getting a new line it may have increased your noise level [ie it went down ] so may be causing some drop in speed [just guessing but when my line becomes noisy my speeds drop ]

Re: What could be causing this?

      I fixed the problem

Had nothing to do with the line

Be released a dodgy firmware for the router. Never tested it. Its not just my connection that went crazy. I put the old firmware on and its fine now.
