Criminal Justice System
Do you think that the Justice system has since the 1980's
1) improved
2) got worse
3) the same
alot of artices come up in the news about people doing really nasty things, like murder, horrible rape and the like.
Do you think that being sentance to life should be mean life behind bars and not mean a consdieration for parole in 10 years time ?
WEhat about having the death penalty brought back for horenouse crimes against another human ?
what are your thougthts

well yeah the decline has happend and mostly because of the human rights act and europe seems now days everything is in favour of the criminals themselves so people cant protect themselves anymore unless you want to end up in prison yourself which i think is wrong. if someone breaks into myhouse and i crack him in the head with a putter who gets in trouble yes that would be me. which is not the way things should be at all.
if you break into someones house then they should have everyright to protect themselves and family. not just let them rob you blind and phone the police and get a crime number.
and
i think the death penalty should be brought back incases where there is no doubt im talking dna,fingerprints, and someone who was hiding watching it happen.
costs an average of £1,000 a week to keep someone in jail so a ten year stint in prison costs over half a million quid,
how much for some of them drugs they use in america about 7 dollars?
