Re: Nintendo Wii And Sky Broadband
Hello all just tagging on the bottom of this if you don't mind,
But I've just swapped to SkyBB & been setting up my nice new router today. All going lovely till it came to setting up my Wii & access via the router (sagem). I always run my wireless with filtering on (access control as labelled in the settings page), but it won't accept the MAC address. A little window pops up saying invalid MAC address. I've tried it exactly as shown on the Wii menu & with caps & tried o,O,0 just in case.
If I turn filtering off & just use WPA-PSK every thing's fine
Thanks for your help

Re: Nintendo Wii And Sky Broadband
Is the Wii like the DS in that it only accepts WEP security? I tried getting mine online last night as I fancied some Smash Bros action but it wouldn't let me on (it gave me a error code but I forget which it was).
I considered turning off the security, but I know theres connection thieves in my area...

Re: Nintendo Wii And Sky Broadband
The Wii fully supports WPA... I think it may even support WPA2.
