Xbox Live Nat Setting
How do you set the Netgear dg834gt wireless router to allow the xbox live NAT setting to be open instead of moderate.
Please explain in step by step if you can help, as i is stupid.Last edited by Shadow UK; 08-12-06 at 03:11 PM.

hey i just figured it out mate. in the firewall settings on the router add a rule which will allow everything INBOUND and OUTBOUND on just the single xbox IP address. i just tried this with my 360 and it come up open
.
PS if this puts my network etc at risk pls tell me

yep great well done thanks for ur help mine worked too hope that the ip of xbox doesnt change when rebooted

Why not get the Xboxs, MAC and set it a static ip so that it doesnt change!
