Does Sky have a gaming profile?
Hello I read last year's post about a gaming profile and wondered is there still such a thing?
My Router says
System Details Manufacturer Sagemcom Model Number F@ST2304 Firmware Version 5.14.6.1a4N ADSL Firmware Version A2pD030n.d23b Modem Modem Status Connected DownStream Connection Speed 6055 kbps UpStream Connection Speed 440 kbps VPI 0 VCI 38
but my latency is at about 45 at times and I can not game
any ideas please?

If you have callled and been told it is not availasble, call again and keep calling till you get someone who knows what they are doing.

thanks again. I asked and asked and asked as advised - "someone will contact you in the next five days after they have tested your line" (for the 4th time - my line should have revised as its having a whole lot of tests this month!!)

have now given up and ordered Plus net.
Sky have not even returned my calls
