Max Delays

As I already stated in another thread I made yesterday I recently re-graded to the £7.50 per month package and my line was re-tested. However what I would like to know is are my max-delays set to 64ms or 4ms:

That is the section from the Detailed Router Stats from Mel's-Notes, however I cannot remember what these were set to before. I have noticed a 5-10ms increase in ping compared to before so I fear I may be set to 64ms however I would like a second opinion before I call the rollercoaster that is Sky Technical Support (No offence to the people that work there).

Could be wrong, but I believe those figures relate to interleaving depth, not the delays. Sky can't set delays of 64 or 4ms, only 32/16/8.

Not sure, either way I rang up and got through to CST, on the 2nd call
