Disconnection and severe lag whilst gaming

Can anyone say if my router stats look ok please? as i get severe lag or disconnections on xbox live.

Any comments much appreciated.

Are you using wireless, if so ditch it,it sucks for gaming and most other things for that matter, either run a cable or buy a pair of homeplugs.

I bought a pair of Solwise 85Mb Turbo off e-bay for about £45 with postage. Plenty fast enough for gaming etc.

I have not had any lag or dropouts since and play Halo3 most nights.
