I dont know if im just being blind but i cant see this KANA form you mention to fill out, no idea what it is so any idea where to find it on their site?

My problem is the same ofc, i play 'World of Warcraft' and its impossible to play at peak times. Out of a group of 25 people im the only one to disconnect constantly when a lot starts to happen in the game, it seems to me as if i have massive packet loss compared to others and wondering if thats common with sky. Ofc others have lag like me but they dont disconnect, they are all able to carry on playin the game so thats what makes me think its an issue with Sky broadband. Just totally had enough of it now as its been going on for ages.

Hi, this is exactly whats happening to me and it only happens during peak times. ive noticed it happens more often while im in a heroic or 10 man raid (my guild hasnt done 25 mans yet even tho we have 2 10 mans going in naxx) Its really starting to do my head in and started noticing it 3 - 4 weeks ago after my dad changed from BT to a Sky Phone, Broadband and TV package
