xbox fail while on sagem router

what the problem is i keep disconnectiong from xbox live every so often . spoke to xbox live they said forwards ports sky wont do that . xbox live said ring u router company . sagem black/grey router they dont have any english people to soeak to lol . does anyone know how i can go about sorting this problem with disconnecting not from internet just xboxlive fails . 10-20 mins later reconnects no problem then disconnects maybe 10mins- 4 hrs later .

Are you connecting via wireless, I had disconnections when using wireless, now I have homeplugs and a very stable connection. Much better for gaming.

I disconnect as well also with the Sagem router but on PSN.

Everyone disconnects on PSN regardless of what router they are using.
