its all sorted now,seems i turned off the look for ip, its updating as i type now, many thanks for the help guys appreciate it, well the wii is will try the lappy wen daughter gets back from holidays.

I'm getting the 51330 error too.
No encryption on the router, laptops working fine (finally got THAT sorted it seems!), and its not appearing on the Wireless Station Access List on my routers control panel, the Wii is detecting the connection as its picked up the SSID and thats all in caps too. I've tried inputting details manually as is suggested on the Nintendo website, but no luck with that either...
