Very unhappy with Sky
Okay, here's what's happening.
Yestarday, I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone, first they put me through to some indian lady who I could tell was basicly reading her answers from some spreadsheet, then I was directed to the support team. I explained that not only I am getting a very bad ping when gaming, also, I am paying for a Mid connection 8mb, and I'm only getting the 2mb, I was told this was being fixed, and it wasn't.
After they "fixed" it, I kept getting disconnects from the internet and I still am, now, I won't claim I know everything, but I'm a computer technician for a living, and I know damn well how to setup a internet connection and if there's anything wrong in my registry or anything else that could affect it. I'm on cable, I'm not wireless so this isn't the case.
What makes me more angry is after spending almost 2 hours on the phone with Sky, nothing has been done, so I ask again, what can I do to get a better ping and upload speed besides changing my internet provider?
Thank you for your time and sorry if I was a bit prompt, I'm just not very happy at the moment.
