Router keeps bringing up orange light :S

Whenever im playing my XBox 360 on FIFA 08 I loose games, because my connection randomly just cuts out then when u look at my router 10 seconds later I find out that it has a orange light instead of a green light on it, it gets very annoying and looses my rank, how do i sort this problem out ? Thanks

however, first questions...are you running off an extention? if so, please try in your master (or test) socket...and also post some stats...

Im not running off an extension, but all im thinking off now is on my sky router is there a time out on it ? Like Belkin routers? Thanks.

post some stats from your router as the setup you have, then have a look at the first link in my sig and do a set of stats from the test socket
post both back here

Where are the stats from the setup you had? Without those we cannot get a comparison with the test socket.

This was the orginal set up,both set ups it still disconects by the way.
