before you do that, is there any chance you could a test with the router plugged into the "test" socket (see first link in my sig) and see if your ping gets any better ?

just wanted to check your extention was not causing any problems, but as it looks about the same, you should use the form and ask for your delays to be reduced

I thought I would update this to let you guys know how I got on.

also say Thanks to everyone thats helped out especially richone54.

I sent sky an email asking to get my max delay set to 8.

The results have been great.
