Got through to tier 3, problems still
I got through to Tier 2/3 and was told they couldn't change my max delay, after much discussion and speaking with several people I was told they could change the max delay to 16.
The guy tried this and said there was no authentication and he was transfering it to emergency and they would ring me back, does anybody know if they will actually ring me back because I know sky haven't been very reliable calling customers back.
My pings are worse than before now, very intermitent- sometimes it's around 20 then it will shoot up to 400+.
I am on the 16mb package so there is no reason why my ping is this bad.
At home my family has BT broadband 512kb/s and I ping at 20 yet with 16mb I cannot keep a constant ping, ridiculous?!

if it is in the emergency 2 cue then they will more than likely get back to you. if they cannot get in touch with you they will either send you a text on your mobile if you gave them that number or leave a voicemail on your telephone if your phone has that facility

Re: Got through to tier 3, problems still
emergency 2 que is to get something like a line test done - then goes back to the normal CST que so don't expect anything too quickly...
