my granda also has sky bb and is also having the same problem.
he is on the same exchange as me.
So what do we do now?

Dunno. I'm waiting on a call from tier 3, will be within 24hrs. I'll see what they are saying about it.

Well ive already spoken to sky and they said because my stats are showing that my downstrean and upstream are normal and that my max delays are set to 8 there is nothing more that they can do.....NOT F@@+ING HAPPY
