OK - let's start from scratch:

• Reboot your router and take the stats using your normal connection
• Next step, unplug the router cable from the master socket, remove the faceplate and connect to the test socket inside. Just use a filter and the supplied router cable i.e. no splitter, phone etc.
• Take your stats again
• Before you put the connection back as it was confirm that any phone extensions you have are dead with the faceplate removed.
• Put it all back as it was.
• Post both sets of stats to this thread.

Hi sorry for long delay in replying. I since got sky to reduce my max delays, whether they have done this yet i dont know as they have not contacted me but did send me a email saying it will be done last friday. I have again been getting dissconnected recentl and platying online games was a lot better for a few days but has since got worse again. Anyways appreciate your help.
Ps: Below stats do not look too different, i will do another lot with router next to master.

Nothing much wrong with either set - can't see an obvious reason why you'd get disconnects.

Thanks for the help. No its on a wired line. Its been so bad lately and cod4 is unplayable!
