Really Laggy Gaming
No matter what online game I play or what computer I use I really lag whilst gaming. Even on servers where I ping low (60>) my game just stops for a few seconds and then comes back. By that time I'm already dead. Why is this happening? It's almost impossible to play any game when my game is constantly freezing. This is an internet issue and not an FPS issue, I have a high end PC and I've tried it on others aswell.

Re: Really Laggy Gaming
Would you happen to be using wireless to play online?
If you have, tried wired and let us know how that goes

^^^^^^
Exactly, you need to post some details of how you are set up and some line stats. Wireless though would cause the symptoms you are describing.

Re: Really Laggy Gaming
I'd hazard a guess because your snr is quite high that youve been capped because of errors on your line. However there are still errors present. Do you have any internal extensions etc and are you using any kind of extensions/splitters to your router ? Check out the following thread for help with wiring

Re: Really Laggy Gaming
There's a Sky Box splitter which I've heard causes instabilities. Is there any way of ruling out the splitter?

Re: Really Laggy Gaming
does the splitter go into a socket via a filter? if not, make sure it does as EVERYTHING using the phone line MUST go through a filter - no exceptions
