max delays reduced connection now totally unstable

I requested my max delays reduced which was done, this introduced errors and caused my line/game to disconnect when playing online and the reduction in latency was negligible (although this could have been due to the errors and retransmits ?).
I requested my max delays to be increased again, to which their first response was the cut and paste "unable to connect" reply.
After another email I believe my message got through and a ticket has been raised with tier 3 support. I suspect that this has been actioned

now to me that looks like ive been capped ? could be wrong, however the disconnects are now worse than ever.
The upshot is that I have requested my settings to be returned to "standard".
I can cope with poor latency but the constant disconnects make the adsl a waste of time.

i didnt think anything other than max would connect at over 8meg, no im not on base im on max.

slinky - yes you are right about only max allowing over 8meg. However your profile shows base hence rich's question i presume. We cant tell much from the stats youve posted, try the following utility to get full stats which would tell us a lot more
