What happend?
i was using my sisters internet ntl by today , but she came back from holidays so i turned sky internet back everything was ok 7k speed and not bad ping in cs but after few hours my loss starting go up like 50-70 and than i quited cs and was trying to visit website but it wont open so i visited my roter webpage and it was saying that line is disconnected , i restarted pc everything is ok now , so what happend what i shouldnt do?
I speak Russian / English / Lithuanian

No idea, have you tried turning off the UPnP, known to fix disconnection issues.

i wanted to make sure that nothing bad happend so i checked my speed test again and its now 624kb/sec and in roater page its shows
DownStream Connection Speed 7840 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 768 kbps
