Right when we ordered Sky (serveral weeks in advanced) we expected it all to be down, installed, finish on the 25th, but some bright spark forgot to add my boradband and ended up waiting till know for it to be activate, the line has been running know for 2 days and its TERRIBLE im ment to be on the highest package 16mb i was told....and im getting this
can someone tell me if theres anyway of improving my situation? without canceling? thanks

do you have cable that goes from ur tv to phone socket? if yes try to remove it and restart your broadband that what i did i had 876kb/sec now its 7867kb/secI speak Russian / English / Lithuanian
