High ping with xbox 360
well when i had my 2mb virgin broadband on a game such as rainbow six vegas i was always having low ping (green connection) but now with the 8mb uk servers are usually high and impossible to play with americans, i have all my nat open and all correct settings, so i have heard of some of you ringing support and they can lower your ping, so is this my best bet?
Thanks for the help in advance.
Also my counter strike latency is really bad and on the speed test on the london server i was getting 100plus on my ping.
