Gunz problem
Just recently moved from NTL to Sky (well my parents did) and have come up against a few problems. The most important of all is that the free online game Gunz no longer starts up.
I think the problem is that Gunz checks for an update before loading which it used to do through IE7 (I guessed this as Gunz is on my history for IE7). Yet to my horror (although before I couldn't have cared less) I can only serf the internet through Firefox whilst IE7 tries to commit a genocide on itself.
Well, the yellow brick road has ended here. So I wonder does anyone here had the same problems and managed to get around them or could anyone explained to me a way to fix IE7.

Re: Gunz problem
Does IE7 work normally for browsing or is it 100% broke?

Re: Gunz problem
Hi
Just try this and see if it helps:
1) Open IE and then go to tools at the top
2) Click on Internet options then connections
3) Make sure never dial a connection is ticked
4) Click on Lan Settings
5) Make sure all 3 boxes are unticked, then click OK, then click OK on the screen that is left
6) Then close and reopen IE~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Gunz problem
No problems, glad it was so easy, and not a pain in the neck for you.
