      Digi Box problems

      Hi guys, first post from me here, hope you can help me out

      I bought a pace digibox with a free view card, when i turn it on and press TV GUIDE the on screen message saying **Searching for channels** stays on indeffinatly, if i know the channel number i want then i can press the sky button and then key in the channel number but this is a pain.. The very odd time i press the TV GUIDE button and the list of channels come up then it will list only channels 100 to say 140 if i scrol past that the **searching for channels*8 screen will come up again!!

      Is this a digi box fault or can i sort this out someway as its driving me mad, I have reverted to a tv arial now its annoying me so badly.

      also can i receve the irish channels RTE 1 and RTE 2 on the free view?

      Anytime I have had an issue with my didibox I have removed the card before powering it down and turning it off at the mains and leaving it off for a few minutes before powering it up again. You probably have, but have you tried doing this to see if this cures it ?

      You could try forcing a software update. this might sort your problem.
