Can i go back
Hi all, i have recently been sent a new router (SKYLYNKY) i don't think its as good or fast as the old routeri had (SR102) can i just plug it back in, and carry on ? Iam a complete novice at this computer busness many thaks David

As I was saying before I got booted mid post...........As said "yes you can" but I would be very surprised if your new router is slower than the SR102. The wireless on the SR102 was absolutely abysmal. Slow internet speeds can, in a lot of cases, be attributed to poor wifi signals. That is why when you ring support, assuming anyone will answer these days, they ask you to connect directly to your master socket via an ethernet cable. Your router automatically slows your internet connection down if it detects a weak wifi signal to compensate.
