      Autumnwatch 2014

Has anyone else been watching Autumnwatch 2014 on the BBC so far this week, because as well as the main programe on BBC 2 from 8.00pm-9.00pm Tuesday-Friday this week, there's also live continuish coverage of the live Birdlife and other wildlife to be seen at the RSPB reserve in Lancashier called Leighton Moss behind the BBC's red button interactive service from 7.00am-8.00pm from Tuesday-Friday as well, and its the second year Autumnwatch has been to that bird reserve. I've been to Leighton Moss more than 20 times over the years and on one and my only occasion I once saw the Bittern that nests at that reserve. The last two morning there have been live pictures on the TV of a male Otter feeding on Eels. I've really never stopped watching the live pictures from Leighton Moss so far this Tuesday and Wednesday as I'm totally engrossed by the live pictures of the wildlife at that bird reserve.

Not yet, but I shall try to tune in a little tomorrow.

Is Chris Packham chasing the Bitterne at Leighton Moss?

Unfortunately the Bittern is proving very elusive. But there have been live pictures of Otters and the secretive Water Rail.

To be honest I've found this year quite dull so far.
      Did enjoy the Owls yesterday.
As for Otters, they have just done them to death over the years and for me, my family and friends we all find them rather dull creatures. Do not see the fascination.
The webcams are always addictive, agree there and yes so nice to have on 980 red button.

Autumnwatch is a potentially brilliant programme made unwatchable by a middle-aged giggly schoolgirl.
