bygone munchies
Seen a couple of posts on the forum lately talking about lion bars...
That has to be my favourite old school choccy bar ever, yet where i live, i can't find one for love nor money within walking distance & that's 6 retailers.
Not only that, what ever happened to wheataflakes, or the other brands equivalents?
Best cereal ever but can i find it anywhere?
No.

Re: bygone munchies
I take it you mean lion bars?
I have a (solar) co-op & sainsbury's near me (that's 2 of the 6) & they're just not there.
Any info on wheataflakes?
(It's very important lol.)

Re: bygone munchies
BTW, it's not these:
Each wheataflake flake was about 1/4 the size of those flakes.
And darker in colour.
And spelt correctly.
WHEAT-a-flakes.

Re: bygone munchies
Sorry, way too pale in colour.
There's the odd similar flake here & there in some brands of muesli but that doesn't really feed the fishy.

Re: bygone munchies
The local shops and superstores around here all appear to sell Lion Bars. Different sizes too.
