I said I prefer everything about the iPhone and iOS apart from the smaller screen, which has now been changed.

Samsung can strap a 42" Plasma to the Galaxy for all I care, neither the hardware or software is as good as an iPhone IMHO!

      Love the irony!

To be honest the SII is a well built device it's just for me Android isn't as good as iOS in the same way that Windows isn't as good as OSX.

They were talking about it on Absolute Radio earlier this evening, and they were asking listeners what you you like to see on the new iPhone, and I thought 'Android'.

I've been an Apple fan for many many years, and have bought macbooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads, Apple TV and countless iPods, but I'm affraid I'm done with Apple now, for the reasons listed here.

the same way that Windows isn't as good as OSX.
      Typical Apple fanboy statement.

Windows 7 is every bit as good as OSX and unlike the fruity OS can run on countless different machines. The Apple hardware is made in the same sweatshops as PC components, its just sold at a much higher mark-up.

i doubt i will. have the 4s at the moment and dont have the need to upgrade as the phone is fast and big enough for now. am looking forward to the next iOS update tho.

looking to get another mobile for my work sim as its in a blackberry and the phone that work provide is only a cheap nokia c2-01 which i struggle to use as im so used to a qwerty keypad now. i am looking at android but nothing too fancy as it will only be used for calls and texts (data is blocked)

Just saw the guy from Pocket Lint on the Beeb. What he says boils down to, if you are an Apple fan, rush out and buy one so you can keep up the bragging. If your not, ignore it.

To be honest I'm not really, I don't rush out and buy Apple stuff all the time like some people do, I just prefer the user experience of Apple products. Windows 7 is by far the best thing Microsoft have ever built and it is on the laptop I am using to write this reply, but it's just not as good to use as OSX IMHO.

Everyone knows Apple hardware is over priced compared to comparable kit running Windows but you don't get the same user experience and the customer service provided by Apple is second to none.

Both Apple and Sony have in the past said, as long as there is the demand the prices will stay high because people will pay it.
