From where it should be!!! I said its outside my front door, and was never told it had to be a certain distance! I waited 7 months for that one, this country has gone crazy.
I got in touch with my council 2 years ago about recycling, they sent me this nice blue box and a carrier bag for paper, nobody ever came round to empty it, so I complained, they now give me a plastic sack, but they won't come to my door to collect it, I have to leave it at the entrance to our small block of maisonettes on collection day, which is the same day the EuroBins get emptied, so I don't know if it goes to the right place or NOT

Why ID? The job I'm in it annoys me when someone cannot prove who they are or where they live, and when we check up on what they give us it turns out to be false, and then because of these people the prices go up yet again.

What annoys me is that with over 1000 miles of coastline we could have a string of salt evaporation ponds.

Each year from April onwards you pump seawater into these ponds let the water evaporate and then take the salt repeast until October.

When I went to new zealand I went past 30+ miles of these on the coast of South Island.

But no we have to buy it off countries that do that all summer.

We need somebody in chage who can bite the bullet and get things done not have to go and buy gas, salt etc when we're short yet again.
I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

The main problem with the snow and lack of gritting, is i believe due to the councils cutting the amount of gritters that they have to save money for diversity training coordinators.
