      BT Staff Offered Year-Long Hols For Pay Cuts

      One option available to staff is taking a year off with a 75% drop in salary, in return for receiving the remainder of their wages as an up-front payment, said a spokesman.

      BT, the former state telecom company, is one of the UK's largest private employers with more than 100,000 staff.

      Bad news for BT staff. But that's what could happen when you upset your customers and give them a sub standard service or could even be the results of a poor management team.

      Wait until they roll out Phorm, and watch 1000's more customers leave them as well.

      I would condense your original post a little and also provide a link to the original source, as we could get into trouble for the old copyright side of things, if you don't mind.
