      The flu shot itself this year was bad, it took about 3 weeks to get over, if that is the 3 flu strains that the WHO expect to be around this year I guareentee that most people will know it if they have the flu.

      There is also a very nasty throat infection going around where it feels like your breathing glass for 2 days then goes into your lungs and you bring up buckets of nasty phlem and that took 2 weeks for me to get over.

      Although as I have 30+ pills a day to stay alive (no joke) I think most of the time my blood is too toxic for viruses to take hold.
      I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!
